Product Review: Max Elle True Diet Protein

Hey guys, today I'm reviewing one of my new fitness favourites. I've been using this protein powder for just under three weeks and I have to be honest, I'm loving it!

MP Max Elle True Diet is a diet whey protein powder. This means it contains a higher fibre content which in turn means it will keep you fuller for longer and curb those cravings! Find out why I'm loving it so much below!

The Tone It Up Nutrition Plan

It's been a while! If you're subscribed to my channel on YouTube, you would have seen a video in the last few weeks of my ramblings about why it's been such a long time and a massive apology!

Let me do one for the blog now! I'm so sorry it's been so long, school is taking up so much of my time. Law degrees are not easy! Please for one second don't feel as if I'm wilfully neglecting Diary of! I love this aspect of my life and just wish I had more time for it. School is nearly finished so please bear with me for just a few more weeks!

Love Your Body with Tasty Tostadas!

On the rare occasion that I happen to be home alone for the evening, I love taking the opportunity to experiment with new, healthy recipes! 

Italian food is my biggest weakness, closely followed by Mexican. So this past Sunday I decided to combine these two loves (trying to recreate a pizza in all honesty!) and come up with an extremely tasty tostada! Oh and did I mention it's a clean eating recipe and there are only 392 calories in the whole thing?  
You know me - I was so excited to try I forgot to take a picture :P

The Bikini Bridge

I have never really commented on news articles and such on the blog before, but when I came across a few articles about the new trend of a 'Bikini Bridge', I felt inclined to comment!

Now supposedly, the Bikini Bridge is the new Thigh Gap - something to aspire to. The Bridge is a where your hip bones cause your bikini bottoms to suspend over your stomach. The image below comes from Blogilates. I am absolutely disgusted by this! And the reasons why are below...
